Cancellation Policy
We value your time and aim to provide the best experience for every guest. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in a 30% charge of the scheduled service. Deposits are non-refundable in these cases.
